Calpol Sugar-Free Infant Suspension Sachets
Uses
Treatment of mild to moderate pain and as an antipyretic. It can be used in many conditions including headache, toothache, earache, teething, sore throat, colds and influenza, aches and pains and post-immunisation fever.
Format and Ingredients
Dosage
Children: up to 4 times daily and not more frequently than every 4 hours. 4-6 years: 10ml. 2-4 years: 7.5ml. 6-24 months: 5ml. 3-6 months: 2.5ml. Do not give for more than 3 days. 2-3 months (over 4 kg and born after 37weeks: 2.5ml followed by a second dose 4-6 hours later if required, do not give more than 2 doses. Relief of fever after vaccination at 2, 3 & 4 months: 2.5ml up to 4 times per day for 2 days. Medical advice should be sought if further doses are needed or if cause of pain and fever is not known.
