Nicorette Nasal Spray
Uses
Relieves nicotine withdrawal symptoms as an aid to smoking cessation. Suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Dosage
Over 18 years: for the first 8 weeks, use as required to a maximum of 1 spray into each nostril twice an hour. No more than 1 spray into each nostril twice an hour and no more than 64 sprays (32mg nicotine) per day. For the next 2 weeks, reduce usage by half. Final 2 weeks, reduce usage to zero. Use should be restricted to 3 months. Adolescents 12-18 years: as adult dosage, but use for no longer than 12 weeks without consulting a healthcare professional.
