Remove the foam applicator and the white plastic cap from the shield and wait 15 seconds before applying to the skin tag. Insert the white plastic cap into the skin tag holder. Position the skin tag holder behind the skin tag. Slide the skin tag forward until it reaches the base of the holder. Press down on the plastic cap to make contact with the skin tag, then apply continuously for no longer than 40 seconds.
